More than 80 transhumanist avatars stormed the virtual world of Second Life for a community event organized by Humanity+ on September 15 , 2011. This has been by far the largest virtual transhumanist event that I have seen, and I believe I have seen them all.

Today I had the pleasure to participate in the October 2012 Discussion Group of the Mormon Transhumanist Association, via Google+ Hangouts. We had a lively discussion on how to make our ideas much more appealing to many more people. See also previous post on “How to make Cosmism appealing and popular.”
